If you are the owner of an account, and you have lost your administrative password, please visit our password retrieval tool, and the password will automatically be sent to your registered email address.

In order to access a message board that is password protected, the message board's owner must assign you a username and password. If you are having trouble logging in with a username and password that has been issued to you by the message board's administrator, please contact them rather than Boardhost. Boardhost cannot issue usernames and passwords to individual message boards. If a board you are accessing does not have the option of contacting the board administrator, it is safe to assume the message board is private, and the owner does not wish to distribute access.

Boardhost message board owners are allowed to set up "co-administrators" who have access to a limited number of administrative tools. The co-administration area is located here. In order to gain access to the co-administration area, you must be assigned a username and password by the message board's owner. Boardhost cannot help with lost passwords to the co-administration area. This issue must be taken up with the person who assigned you a username and password.
